Short version: we collect your name and email when you ask for our guides, we use them to send you the guides and occasional tips, and we don't sell or share them. Ever.
When you request a download or contact us, we collect the name and email address you provide, plus your message if you send one. Forms on this site are processed by Formspree, which handles the submission on our behalf. We don't collect payment information, and we don't require accounts.
We use your email to send you the resource you requested and, if you joined our list, occasional emails with new guides, tools, and seasonal tips timed to the leasing calendar. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing works immediately.
We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with sponsors, advertisers, or anyone else. If a sponsor supports a guide or newsletter, they get our thanks and their label, not your data.
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages help families most: page views, traffic sources, and general (city-level) location. We've configured it to anonymize IP addresses and disabled Google's advertising signals, so it isn't used to build advertising profiles. You can opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on.
